introduction
Many people explore the virtual world. Second Life provides residents safe and healthy entertainment. A good way to meet people with the same interests is through Second Life. Second Life is a virtual world accessible via Internet. Second Life is a great place to get on when it is a crummy day outside. Residents are able to control their avatars to explore different islands and locations. Second life provides gamers many forms of entertainment within the virtual world such as, dancing, traveling and shopping.

your sentences are all too short and choppy...sl does this, sl does that, sl is good for this...combine some of these and make your sentences a bit more complex...also, people in SL are not gamers, because sl is not a game...people are called "residents"
